Please notify us upon placing your order which pages of our site you would like your ad to be displayed on. For example if you just want to reach our magazine audience, lets us know at the time of your order that you only want your ads running on our magazine pages. If you want to be listed on our auction page, or directory page, or social network page please specify at time of order. Orders received that are not specified as to which pages of the site you would like your ad to run on will be placed on the pages we feel are best suited to your ad. Or may be displayed randomly thru out the sites pages depending upon which advertising plan was selected. Ads may be stacked in each premium banner location, up to four deep and rotate every 7-10 seconds to ensure maximum visibility. Video ads are only available on the magazine page. Prices for advertising are subject to change at the end of each contract.

Name your ad by your company name.
Provide ad images in .jpg or .gif format???
File size needs to be kept as small as possible for quick loading.
SPORTSMANONLINE.COM assumes no responsibility for incorrect ad file or omission of any advertisement.
PAYMENT
Payment for ads will be due at the time they are launched.
Advertising for the directory will be billed once a year, and automatically billed at the same time the following year unless you notify us thru email that you wish to cancel.
Banner ads will be available in monthly, quarterly, 6 month, and yearly plans.
Advertising for monthly plans must be paid before the ad will run.
Advertising for 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year plans may be paid in quarterly or monthly increments, the first payment must be received before the ad will run. Partial payments will be charged an additional $25 for each partial payment. In the event payments are received more than 10 days late, the ad will be shut down and subject to a $50 reinstatement fee. Once payment for the late charge is received the ad will resume running. Price for editing of ads already running is $75 per requested change. If you want the Sportsmanonline advertising department to create your banner ads for you. The price will $145 for our standard ad sizes. Custom requirements will be an additional cost. Prices for advertising are subject to change at the end of each contract. |

Agency commission
15% of the gross will go to recognized advertising agencies submitting standard agency insertion order forms plus site ready art.
COPY AND CONTRACT PROVISIONS
All advertisements that are accepted and placed on the website are on the representation that the advertiser and or agency are properly authorized to place on the site the entire contents and subject matter thereof. It is understood that the advertising agency and the advertiser will hold harmless and indemnify SPORTSMANONLINE.COM from and against any loss expenses or other liability that may occur from any claims or suits that may arise out of there ad placement or advertising.
RESERVED RIGHTS
SPORTSMANONLINE.COM reserves the right to decline or reject any advertising or advertising agency for any reason at any time without liability even though previously acknowledged or accepted. Please refer to our user agreement for the kind of content that is allowed.
